This policy applies only to information collected through this website. It does not cover medical records created when you are seen as a patient. Health information in your patient record is handled under Alberta’s Health Information Act, and other personal information under Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act.

Website visitors

Like most websites, our web server records information that browsers send with each request, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, IP address, and the date and time of the visit. We use this information to run, secure and improve the website. We do not use it to identify you.

Contact and booking forms

Our website has a cosmetic consultation form and an academy course enquiry form. When you send one, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the subject or course you choose, and your message.

• Form submissions are sent to our clinic team by email so we can reply to you by email or phone.
• We use this information only to answer your enquiry and arrange your visit or course.
• Please do not include detailed medical information in a website form. Call the clinic instead.

News and promotions

The consultation form has an optional box to receive news and promotions. We only send these messages if you tick it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

Spam protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not an automated program, is sending them. Turnstile processes information about your browser and device to do this check. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

Cookies

A cookie is a small piece of information that a website stores in your browser. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, although some features, such as the forms, may not work without them.
